Here is some more 2jz goodness with one of our 1200hp+ heads. Has all the goodies, 1mm over all round comp Ferrea valves, bronze guides, supertech duals with Ti retainers, S3 GSC 11.35mm lift cams and full shim less setup. 320+cfm @ 0.450. This one is off to WA.

Here is another one of our 1000+hp 2jz heads. These heads are showing around 80hp gains @ the same boost on a 900-1000hp engine on std window, and a little more with a big window and oversized valve.

Some more intakes in progress.

User

Sorry but we cannot be friends 😂

User

More RB race heads going out the door. I don't often show this but here is our box we put them in so they arrive safe. We do the same with most of our intakes as well.

Here is a couple of pictures of the custom R3 intake we have built for glen's R3 powered twin turbo endurance race car that will compete in the US . All Feed by a pair of 9180's.
This one runs 16 injectors and will support 2000+hp and 40psi. It has our mini SFI burst panel and a high/low injector placement for improved density recovery and knock control.
It also has a smaller plenum when compared to what we would put on a drag racing intake. This allows for better transition between throttle position, which is especially important in road racing, as you could be on and off some 200-300 times is a 90+ mile race.

Big thanks to Anthony for sending us some photos of our intake on his new build. Looks tuff as! 👌💪.

Something is going on here! 😉

Here is a great example of area under the lope. I talk a bit about this when it comes to building a good custom cam design and how two cams on paper that look the same can have very different results in the real world. This is the same duration and lift and all we are playing with is the ramp rates.

User

How's that for next to no current! Head temp around 100c helium and 4047 and only 185amp to fill dead spots before porting! Pre heat makes it so easy 👌 now to dig some metal out. 😉

User

After 25+ year of digging metal out, I'm still amazed at just how much metal comes out when porting. This port has been blown out twice and this is a std window std valve small port, so just working the important areas. So no more then 0.080" shift in any wall/points.

The GT500 Heads are another favourite of my, done a few of these over the years. Very easy to see good gains with little work in the right areas, coming up to 325cfm at only 0.450" no seat work yet, std window std size valve. Not that I like to get caught up in the flow figure debate, but that's around 4cfm better then some of the CNC'd options. Also we are on a smaller port and STD valve size. Up from 288cfm at 0.450. They did continue to 0.600" but we only have 0. 450" lift in this so that's our reference point.
