Balanced Bods is a holistic health clinic located on the lower north shore, North Sydney. We provide osteopathy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue and relaxation massage, pregnancy care, yoga, and training and nutrition plans for weight loss. Our aim is to help people move from their stress or pain state back to optimal functioning and vitality.

Healthy gluten and dairy free protein pancakes π
Ingredients: - 2 whole eggs - 3 egg whites... - 1/3 cup coconut flour - 1/3 cup quinoa flour - 1/3-2/3 cup almond milk - 1 serve vegan vanilla protein powder (I use #pranaprotein) - 1/3 tsp baking soda
Whisk eggs together, mix in dry ingredients to make a batter. Spray a heated pan w olive oil spray and cook.
Makes approx 8 pancakes Macros per 2 pancakes: P: 14g, C: 14g, F:4g

Connecting to void for even short periods can have immense benefit on our mental focus as well as reducing anxiety; we're able to respond calmly to the busyness and noise.
