Since the age of 16, pastry chef and owner of Balgownie Village Patisserie,
Skye Tregonning, recently married and now Skye McMillan has had a passion for
designing and creating special occasion cakes.
Skye completed a four-year apprenticeship with a well-known cake making
establishment, later joined another business to better her skills at cake decorating
and in 2006 purchased her own business that is now known as
Balgownie Village Patisserie
