Absolutely disgusting experience. Booked online through wotif but arrived to be told that 'I don't have a booking and its Expedia' fault. Called wotif and they advised that Bali at the bay has provided their own confirmation number to wotif, so why would they confirm it if it's taken already? I'd spoken to the owner less than 10 minutes prior but when they tried to call him he wouldn't answer, making it even harder to clear up this mess with wotif when they couldn't speak with them.Thanks for ruining my holiday and taking absolutely no responsibility or empathy for any of it. If it's your business I'm sure you could see it was still confirmed with wotif and wouldn't you make an effort to contact your guest if it's not cancelled to ensure they didn't have a bad experience? You care about your brand as much as you care about my holiday it seems.
Great place. An amazing comfy apartment with very nice and unique decor. The location is great too! Nice quiet area close to the beach and the town.
The quality of accommodation - atmosphere,serenity,facilities,hospitalit y/privacy , location -
complemented the beauty and weather of the area.
