A unique combination of Ballet, Aerobics, Gymnastics and Jazz Dance all rolled into one!

It develops Strength, Good Posture, Grace and Flexibility through movement, rhythm, coordination, balance and musical interpretation.

For Girls and Ladies from Pre-school age upwards
Low cost sport for girls—no special uniforms or equipment required (just a leotard)
Annual competitions (non-compulsory) foster belonging and club spirit, loyalty and friendships

Ballina Physie has been running now for 41 years and has experience teachers.

They like to have lots of fun, fitness and the girls and ladies make lots of new friends.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING TO CLASS
We ask that members wear a leotard or appropriate dance wear to class (i. e. fitted singlets /t-shirts and tights or shorts)– comfy but not baggy clothing, this allows our teachers to correct posture and technique. Loose-fitting shorts, T-shirts, skirts and any denim are not suitable for Physie classes.

No shoes are needed as Physie is performed in bare feet.
Please have hair tied back neatly from face as this can be distracting for both student and teacher.
