Recently had a very special, and expensive, chair cleaned by BCC. Didn't know what fabric the upholstery was, and very anxious it not be ruined during the cleaning process. Have to admit the fabric had gotten very grubby over the years! Anyway called BCC, Bernadette very helpful and acknowledged my concerns. In the event, Stephen turned up with all the gear. He was friendly, professional and got to working his magic straight away. In no time my special chair looked like new again. Very pleased with the job and service provided. Amazing service! Stephen was super friendly, professional and efficient! I was fortunate enough to have Stephen stop by on a Sunday arvo ( I had called two hours earlier!). He provided a reasonable and affordable price and got the job done within an hour. Rug is now super clean deodorised and sanitised.
Highly recommend and will be contacting Stephen again in future!
