At Banarasi Babu our menu is a unique combination of progressive Indian cuisine and age old tradition. We use seasonal local produce wherever possible, which are then prepared to perfection using our traditional clay oven, charcoal grill and tawa.

Chef Kunal: Carrying an intense passion for the culinary arts, Kunal has amassed decades worth of experience and knowledge about the finer matters of Indian cuisine. One thing that Kunal has learnt to value above all else is not just the intricate blend of flavour and spices behind a dining experience, but the love and care that he infuses into each dish to transform it into something greater.

Your Host Javed finished his hotel management diploma in 1994 from Kolkata and since then has gone on to become a true connoisseur of the acute complexities of Indian dining. His appreciation and skills have been inspired by his mother.

This has instilled him with a tremendous respect for traditional Indian cuisine and he blends this love of tradition with a sense of special creativity he has gained through his extensive experience with contemporary hospitality.
