About Bangers And Buns
Bangers & Buns decided that the humble Australian snag needed a face lift. Tired of the poor quality, lack of flavor and overall blandness of the sausage in a sandwich which has blessed this beautiful country, we set out to create a new path for Australian Snags. This prompted a few mates to sit around one afternoon and put on their thinking caps, thinking proved to be difficult so we just set out to start the creative process organically. This involved our mums kitchens (and supplies), several beverages and a butcher who is at the top of his game. What ensued was the most legendary BBQ Hot Dog cook up that has ever taken place. Neighbours gathered to sample the banging relishes and banging sausages, in short it was a game changer.
With Sausages crafted in Byron Bay and condiments produced on the foothills of northern NSW, Bangers and Buns set out to take Aussie streets by storm.
