Disappointing food from Bangkok Snap. I had the pad Thai with tofu. Flavours were not authentic, dish was extremely oily, tofu was in large pieces and was very soggy with oil. I love my food, but I had to stop eating this. I won't be back again and wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Really enjoyed my meal. Nice and close to Westmead Hospital which meant nice food was always close by!!!!

I work in Parramatta and to find good affordable food is getting harder. A mate introduced me to this place, since then I have been going here approx 3 times a week. The food is fantastic and service is amazing. I order before I leave the office for lunch and the food is ready when I get there. Hopefully they keep up the good work and food quality.

I have been here two times and the food is enjoyable. Customer service is very nice. Lost a star because the Satay Chicken I had was a bit rank, chicken didn't taste fresh and the satay sauce was watered down. Otherwise the pork ribs were so tender and delicious (big in size) the vegetables that came with it were yummy and it was really filling. I didn't like the Tom yum seafood soup, it was weirdly bitter (unless that is what it's meant to be) just not my cuppa. I only ate the seafood in it which wasn't even much anyway. The satay chicken entree was awesome. They had two perfect sauces with it, there was a clear one which was amazing. The two drinks I've had were the Mango Tango which had a coconut taste to it and it was really nice. Thick. The other being the berry mint which was also very nice and thick. The berries were still frozen though and would prefer if they weren't. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated.

The service is awful!! They are rude and will not take responsibility for poor food handling and cooking.I ordered two prawn dishes and the Prawns were still Frozen! They did not care or take any responsibility. I dont think they understand they can make someone ill.If you do go here do not order any dishes with a protein.Not only will it not be cooked properly it could make you sick!

Great and authentic Thai food, but a little more expensive than their competitors. If you want good quality and don't mind paying a bit more I highly recommend.
