Banjo began in 2008 and within2 years was awarded Australia's emerging agency of the year. During it's first decade it grew from its 2 founders to 50 + people. In 2018, Bastion Collective took a majority stake in Banjo. In 2021 the founders completed their earnouts and with complete ownership of the agency, Bastion rebranded Banjo to Bastion Creative.
