Staff have always been friendly and helpful. They even assisted me when my card became compromised and were able to get a new one sent to me within a couple days

Used to have good rates, customer service but going downhill fast. I'm in process of moving to another bank now.

The staff here have been great to work with. Got all my accounts and cards setup quickly the way I wanted. A refreshing change after the horrors of dealing with 2 of the other majors.

My business partner had to get an ID check for our new transaction account. Was half an hour before the branch was due to close, with no other customers in the store.

Even though he was told by the very rude employee that it would take 15 mins, she wasn't willing to do it, and he would have to come back another day.

Generally very happy with Bankwest, but the conduct of the employee of this branch was very poor.

Wow. I opened a business account and have realised that, after going to transfer money out, that the business account isn't linked to the transaction account that was set up at the same time. Now I've been told by the ever so rude customer service folks that I have to complete a whole bunch of paperwork to request the accounts be set up again so that they'll work properly.
I think I'll just close this account and try another bank. Not worth the pain.

Totally understand helpful and apparently not interested in my business. I love bankwest but they need to fire the staff here and start again.

All I wanted to do was change the fortnight my mortgage payment came out which was all too difficult and the teller customer service was poor at best and just not interested in helping me.. I have been to other branches where the service was outstanding but this was not a good experience

I got to this branch after a fourth attempt of looking for the branches online kept taking me to ATM saying there was a branch there..

If I hadn't locked my mortgage in I would be moving for sure

Have had 6 freuds in last year and have used paypal to pay things online as they say it is the safest way to pay online. Not happy as I use my card alot.

Very bad customer service. I walked in with my husband and wanted to open a saving account. The guy served my husband more than me as a main customer only because he was trying to convince my hus to transfer the home loan and my hus didn't even want it at all. 1 week past after my application , there was no feedback at all whether the account has been set up or not. I will never ever experience bank west anymore and will not suggest any of my friends to go there.

Yes, you are private bank, you can choose your client, if you don't care your reputation, see how your business will continue run.

Fast and easy banking with great customer service

A rude staff who made difficult things for customer, he never answered customer properly and asked ridiculous question, I would give it 0 rating if I could

On 19th June 2017, it did not open on time. Its trading time shows it opens at 9:00, but still close at 9:15 when I arrived.
