Bar De Lá Coco (Permanently Closed)

We were a group of six and the worst experience eating out EVER...we were seated by an older woman who bought us two jugs of water which were warm I assume straight from the tap...the temperature today was in the 40's and everyone was looking forward to a nice cold glass of water 😠...we had to ask for ice which was bought out in 2 schooner glasses (classy not)...this was just the start...a friend ordered a cup of tea which was bought out no sugar no teaspoon (great customer service)...the meals were ordered but what we ordered was not what we received...the food was overcooked dry and tasteless...I was quite embarrassed as we had visitors and thought lunch would be nice (extremely disappointed)...the waitress obviously couldn't cope with all the orders...when refusing to pay for a meal that wasn't what we ordered and was not touched the owner said we were paying for it and became quite aggressive and aggitated...we were not offered a replacement meal as it wasn't what we ordered the waitress got it wrong (great customer service 😤)...I always thought if they got the order wrong they would do the right thing by the customer and common courtesy replace it with the right one...I will not return and would not recommend this place to anyone...😝

We were 12 people that walked into the restaurant and the only customers at the time, the staff members made a big deal about us having an extra table(let me be clear we were the only people in that cafe) . The senior lady "Aunty Darlene" was rude and has no customer service skills. The OJ was horrible. We ordered 11 dishes and asked for an extra plate to share. She was rude about it and mentioned how she didn't charge us for the extra plate whilst other places would have .She then had the audacity to tell her staff to collect our plates while we ate. Her attitude stinks just like the place !!

If there were less than 1 stars to be given, I'd be the first to give it. Worst customer service by "Aunty Darlene". It's hard to screw up OJ but these guys do a pretty mad job at doing it. Couldn't order more food after we had our initial order placed. Brought 12 people in but this old lady was still concerned about us wasting space because one person didn't feel like eating. RESTRAUNT WAS EMPTY MIND YOU. Terrible wouldn't eat here again!!

Terrible service, leaking coffee cup, long wait, mixing up orders, a waste of time and money.

Ordered the chicken parmigiana with chips and salad $15. Thoroughly enjoyed.

was very disappointed to hear how badly my son and his girlfriend were treated when trying to order hot chocolates on thursday afternoon. They requested a traditional hot chocolate and were told to go away in a very rude manner by the senior lady who stands out the front. They have bought average hot chocolates here before but they will not be returning. Learn how to treat your customers, young or older, with more respect!

Bought two takeaway coffees there today, friendly guy, however not only were the coffees more expensive than the others in the area, the cofffee was awful. We ended up throwing away both coffees, will not be back again.
