Fronted by Australia’s top 100 cocktail craftsman Peter Clarke, and international pizza competition medalist Jerry Altavilla, Bar Totó is the destination for those with a hankering for classic cocktails, wines from the world over, beers that pack an Italian punch, and a trattoria serving charcuterie, formagio and cichetti plates.
