Dance classes for children from 2 1 /2 years to teenage in ballet, hip hop, tap, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, & drama. Exams, pantomimes, concerts. Plus local Showgroup performances.

The Barbara Easton Dance Studio at Stockland Wetherill Park and Edensor Park have been in business for 30 years. The studio teaches Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Leaps Kicks Turns, Drama, Showgroup and Hip Hop.
Pre school kids are well catered for with their popular singing, dancing and rhythm class, using colourful props and popular ‘kids’ music such as Hi-5 and the Wiggles. Every term they have a special “dress up day” during class where the parents are invited in to watch and enjoy their class.
Barbara and her husband David, both being qualified dance teachers and adjudicators, were also professional entertainers and have traveled all over the world in cabaret, revues and musicals.
For 20 years David was the director, choreographer, ‘leading man’ and comedy feed in the ‘Danny La Rue shows’ in the UK, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Using their experience as entertainers they produce and direct Pantomimes and Concerts twice yearly with productions of "Sleeping Beauty", ‘Aladdin’, ‘Mother Goose’, ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’, ‘Cinderella’ and “Robin Hood. ” These shows are performed by every pupil in the studio from Preschoolers to Seniors, with actors who have studied in the Drama classes at the studio.
There is a 5% discount for fees paid by the Term. Costumes for pantomimes and concerts are hired from $20- each, if wearing two or more costumes.
The aim of the studio is to develop and nurture the talent and personality of each individual student, motivating them to achieve the best of their ability with a healthy, educational and fun activity.
Former students have performed in “Grease”, “Singing in the Rain”, “Oliver”, “Pizza”, “ Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies”, “Canterbury Bulldogs Cheerleaders”, “Marconi Stallion Cheerleaders” and Rugby League Grand finals.
