Like Charles I had a great experience with Tony. Purchased a Turbo BBQ and he delivered and assembled it the same day. Fantastic service Tony. Went back to purchase an umbrella and the staff member Yute?? who served me was an idiot.

very poor experience. Bought a BBQ and the cover was going to be send to me. 3 weeks and heavy rain later, turns out they stuffed up and had it in their shop for the whole 3 weeks. John from the store just waived away my complaint. I would recommend to avoid this store

Good range of BBQs. However steer clear of their own brand zeiggler & brown. I bought one a core of years ago and it's quality is poor compared to the high price. Such with a Weber

Good range and service but a bit pricey. Best to go when there are sales.

They apparently don't sell Weber any more because they have their own "equivalent" line. They seem to be putting their own bottom line ahead of customer interests.
