Very helpful with service and advice on a new wood heater. Many stores and viewing heater brands later we decided to go with these guys. Competitive pricing and being close to Singleton for any further needs we purchased our new Lopi 'Cape Cod'.
Ben the owner along with his staff members Dave at their Warnersbay shop and Trevor at Maitland, couldn't do enough for us.
Many years ahead being warm and cozy !

Fantastic staff that helped me restore my old Beef Master BBQ to it former glory. They were friendly without trying to get me to upgrade or to sell anything I didn't need.
