We were charged an extra $35 to slide an accessory onto our new racks. Took 2 minutes tops. Quote on the phone said it was free. Manager said he hadn't broken the law so refund not happening. Watch these guys. Thanks bars n racks.
All I can say is what a great team the Bars N Racks people are. It is very rare to get such great service today. We found them to be very helpful honest and efficient in their work. To top it all off the prices were very reasonable and I would certainly visit them again. Keep up the superb customer service. We need more of you in the business world.
