The reason that this name has been chosen for the café is to signify a home for the much loved traditional icecream that has been manufactured in Australia for years by the very owner of this café. Enjoy a trip to the heart of Iran with every taste of dairy goodness, as you taste the combinations of saffron, rosewater and pistachio. Mix in some delicious ice noodles with a touch of rosewater and you’ve completed your journey. He along with this family invite you all to be a part of his passion and love for Persian sandwiches, sweets and icecream…and don’t forget to try the traditional tea!
