To google user. Have been with this surgery for over 20 years. The doctors you mentioned have never operated from this surgery. They belong to Bay Village Medical Centre and are now located at Killarney vale. I know your post was 9 years ago but a lot of people still get the two centres mixed up.

Caring, supportive & knowledgeable practitioners/nurses with bright and cheerful, personable receptionists.

Had an appointment at 10am didn't get seen till 10:45 was in and out for a prescription and maybe 5 minutes of taking. Got asked to pay $90 even though up until my last visit they had been bulk billing and never told me otherwise, was told it was an extended visit, couldn't be reasoned with telling them I didn't get in till 10:45. Never going back.

made an appointment for 4.30 so I didn't have to wait around for long as I am in excruciating pain from a lower back injury, and they confirmed over the phone that this will be the case and I woukdnt have to wait there.
Got there at 4.30 and was greeted by a rude receptionist who has the personality of a mop.
Waited till 5.15 and simply had to walk out as o couldn't bare the pain anymore. Very dissapointing experience

I have been living on the coast now for 7 years +.. . My Doctor has moved practices 3 times and have seeing him for 7 years +. He is very genuine, sincere and thorough.
All the staff and Medico s, are very polite and helpful. The surgery is always very clean.
Even though I have to drive for 25 minutes to see my Doctor, I never complained, as I am guaranteed of the right diagnosis first time all the time.
