Good Customer Service, friendly staff. Highly recommend Bathurst Holden for sales and service. Attempted to have service completed locally in Lithgow however wasted the day after car booked in and no service completed despite this been pre-arranged. Ended up travelling to Bathurst receiving prompt friendly efficient service with no time wasted. Thank you Bathurst Holden. Elizabeth & Terry

Overpriced quotes. Performed unauthorized work and then charged for it. Spun some rubbish to get out of fixing a problem that should have been a factory recall or warranty fix. Not going back.

I been dealing with James > Very nice guy we thought.Janine ruined all the great work that James did.After talking again with James eventually received emailed quotes . Misleading prices , extra charges in quote for parts not ordered. Over priced bad business towards customers .
NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!!!
