3 years ago I injured my back (2 prolapsed discs) and sought treatment from Julie. She is one of the most skilled practitioners I've ever met. She probes with targeted questions in friendly and relaxed manner and applies her training and experience to an accurate diagnosis and then functional rehabilitation. There have been no wasted sessions over the last 3 years. I saw massive improvement after only the first few visits, with every subsequent visit focused on stretching my spine, improving my movement range and strength. Progress was steady and I never felt like I was wasting my time or money.
