I had a problem with my watch that the jeweller at the mall said I'd have to contact the manufacturer with. I took it to Neutral bay and the jeweller mentioned the hand was stopping it from working. He fixed it in no time and the watch is working away a couple of years later. I wasn't charged much at all. I have had batteries replaced in other watches and it was much cheaper than elsewhere. I even bought a Citizen eco drive watch from them at a reduced cost. I believe for convenience (as there is parking at the back of the shops) and quality of service I'll keep going back.

I had my watch (Tag Heuer) serviced there and the service was excellent. I had to wait for some time for seals to arrive since there were not available at that time, but everything was great. My watch works fantastic now. I would recommend this store.
