Bay Coffee

Fantastic filter!!!!!! Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Floral and incredibly smooth but retains 'coffee strength'. Roasting has really brought out the Yirgacheffe flavour! Bay Coffee continues to do a great job!!!!

Unfortunately, Bay Coffee has really gone off the boil. It used to be the standout coffee place on the North Shore. It has really started to look shabby, and the staff are not as sharp as they used to be. I always ask for extra hot coffee and it has come luke warm and bitter so many times, I will not be going any more.

Had a really great coffee here yesterday. I havent been in a while since being overseas but definatly would recommend it. It was really busy. Staff are really nice too.

Today's strong latte was excellent! Perfectly roasted beans. I expect Bay Roaster to give me the best coffee I have each week. It never disappoints. Coffee is my favourite thing, I never hesitate to try new places and I'm always looking for somewhere that will beat this place. Bay Roaster is first among the best coffee in Sydney for. It won't disappoint.
