Seafood buffet Saturday night: what a disappointment! The food was ok - nothing special. The service however was terrible. For $99 a head there are no tablecloths, food on other tables was left and was so bad I asked them, after half an hour, to please clean the tables and pick up the food from the floor. Utensils at buffet were so full of stuck on food it was difficult to serve oneself. And a 9pm they were setting up for breakfast. All in all very unpleasant.
We had dined at the Novotel Newcastle airport two weeks ago - and there the food was superb and the service amazing.. Novotel Brighton could certainly learn something from the staff there.

Highly recommend the seafood buffet. Excellent and abundence of hot and cold seafood to select from. Quality outstanding, desserts were amazing and the churros and chocolate fountain were delicious. Service was excellent. Chef Martin Meyer was outstanding, went above and beyond to make sure my son who has allergies to eggs and nuts could eat from the selection and even made special side meals and desserts to ensure he also could enjoy the dining experience.

Excellent! The seafood was high quality, beautifully presented and the customer service was outstanding.

Make sure you don't eat beforehand because there's so many different foods to try (and a large selection of desserts).

It was my birthday and they also brought out a little cake to celebrate.

Poor quality and ordinary food compare the price! Worst oyster i have ever tasted. However the view and service of staff was great.
