Called about 5 times, never picked up. Didn't know that there was such thing as a breakfast break.

Have written to council four times asking why green fees for Botany Golf Course members have gone up 60 per cent in one go and have received no response.

Laziest council I have ever come across.
Only do what they deem necessary and nothing else. I have called the customer service line half a dozen times this morning, no answer, or answering service whatsoever.
Funny though, when the Golf is being held at the Lakes golf course, you will notice the streets are clean, gardens are all refreshed and maintained.
But for us ratepayers, anything you ask is a problem.

Called Bayside Council today 02 93663666 sooke to one Bridgitte who hung up on me saying this was the third time she was telling me that I called Mascot Council and I kept telling her Mascot or Botany Council doesn't exist, anyway the reason I called, my enquiry wasnt answered, we pay huge rates, and get this kind of service from the council and staff hanging up on us , no reprimand

Botany Council will sit on simple Development Application for months and taking up to 8 months to make a decision which will be a decline, either inexperienced planners or just lazy need to be transferred elsewhere

Local garden usually maintained by the Botany council staff are totally neglected, overgrown and weed infested. If this is what council mergers has achieved in the short term I shutter to think what the future will bring.

This council is no better than the one it replaced. Corrupt and totally incapable of governing with the interests of the current residents in mind. The state of the roads surrounding the approach to the airport and the abomination that is the current Meriton development during peak hour is sickening to put it lightly, and walking the footpaths near Mascot station is like gambling with the health and integrity of the ligaments in your knees and ankles thanks to the terrible (that council paid three times more for than the contractor actually made on the job so they could get kickbacks on) paving job.

Just want to say that when Botany and Rockdale became one, after the people voted no to merge, the quality of service and maintenance around the Mascot and Botany area is disgraceful, I live behind Botany council and the condition of the medium strips on Rawson St is pitiful, they have not been mowed for months and the grass sorry the weeds looks like ___ the trees are so overgrown and need a trim. Behind the council the grass is nice and green and trees are looked after. I would like to know what I pay rates for! Thanks Bayside Council for your great service NOT!!!!
