Our team of over 20 professionally trained black belt instructors have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and we have been doing so on the central coast of N. S. W. since 1987.

Black Belt Martial Arts was founded over 20 years ago by former Australian champion and former national coach, Kyoshi Liz Mahler.

BBMA North Lakes is owned and operated by Sensei Chris who holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, Black Belt in Matayoshi Kobudo, Accredited NSW AKF coach & over 15 years martial arts experience.
