BCI combines the expertise of Bellgrove Advisory Pty Ltd, Contrado Consulting Pty Ltd and InfraSol Group Pty Limited. BCI draws from the talents and experience of each company to build a partnership founded on the strength of our people. Each company has demonstrated the successful management of client-side major infrastructure projects, on time and to budget, whilst maintaining safety, quality, client and stakeholder focus. Some of this expertise includes key project and contract management experience from: • Newcastle Light Rail• Parramatta Light Rail • Sydney Light Rail • Sydney Metro• South West Rail Link• Epping to Chatswood Rail LinkWhat We DoCurrently undertaking the role of Integrated Contract Management Team (ICMT) for Parramatta light Rail (PLR) Stage 1, BCI leverages the skills of each firm, providing the depth and capacity to deliver this project for Transport for NSW, with a proven ‘safe pair of hands. 'Stage 1 will connect Westmead to Carlingford via Parramatta CBD and Camellia with a two-way track spanning 12 kilometres, and is expected to open in 2023. By 2026, around 30, 000 people will use Parramatta Light Rail every day and an estimated 130, 000 people will be living within walking distance of light rail stops. BCI is comprised of three like-minded organisations who share a passion for delivering successful project and contract management services for its clients.
