BI improves choice, flexibility, transparency, safety and quality of service for vulnerable people while reducing complexity and cost to service providers. To help the NDIS achieve its vision of empowerment BI is commissioning an online, smart phone and telephone booking, asset management and service delivery platform for disability service providers their customers and families.
