Beach Bites Diner (Permanently Closed)

Was just talking to my partner regarding beach bites today we used to order here on a weekly basis. The lady who is running things in here has completely turned us off this shop. She refused to refund us on missed drinks that never came with our order shakes and soft drinks said we would get a credit for our next order all lies !!! Then the second order she wouldn't honour the brochure deals instead we had to individually order a meal deal burger + chips + drink which ended up costing us nearly $20 more than it should have as she tricked us into it saying that the meal deal wasn't valid... Our order is then delivered and with said brochure attached with the deal we had requested for that order on it which she advised wasn't available no mention on the brochure of block out dates or expiry date for our order that day.. Called her back to confront her on this and she advised i'd have to speak to the manager but the manager was away at the time for 2 weeks gave up after that as it wasn't worth my time after the 3rd attempt to call and speak to the owner/manager.. After this will not be returning I hope you remember us from 16-18 Frazer street Collaroy the gentleman who ran this store I hope you see this as you were lovely and whoever the young softly spoken girl is that's running the front of your shop is running your business into the ground.

I have been going here for a while. I provide a lot of business to this restaurant. Today however, there was a miscommunication between my partner and the waitress and the order was wrong (was asked for no meat) . The waitress claimed she said no beef instead of no meat. There was no fresh burger made, refund or even as much as an apology. Simply rude.

Ok food, kitchen doesn't seem to be the cleanest. If there are no other options around, I would come back there.

Budget meal at a premium price.
Worst sweet chilly sauce (tasted like10 years old).
Advertising lunch pizza that is not available.
Getting stiffed for $1.50 on a $15 refund (for unavailable pizza from menulog)
Portions are tiny
Service is poor. They should just have refunded my money instead of making me claim it back from a third party.

The food was made with care and the delivery was spot on the time they quoted, thick shakes are crazy good

Very disappointed actually, the food arrived stone cold, portions smaller than a mcdonalds happy meal but double the price, wife's Italian salad was an oversized side Salad and dressing had no zing making it tasteless , tried to charge me 70$ for 3 meals and a few drinks.
Would recommend mcdonalds before this joint. Not happy Jan
