The place was absolutely amazing. We had 9 total people and the house had plenty of room for us all to relax. There were two sofa double pull out beds in the common area downstairs, 2 single beds in a private room, 2 private rooms with a queen bed each, and one main master bed room with a big king and an en-suite. The orientation and views from the house allow you to view a truly stunning sunrise in the morning with wonderful ocean sounds at night to help put you to sleep.
The views were incredible from nearly every room. The two bedrooms downstairs with queen beds had amazing ocean views and sliding doors offering easy access outdoors to the downstairs patio. The beach is an easy walk down and there is an outdoor shower on the side of the house! Did head down for a quick surf, though there isn't much surf at this beach as it needs the right conditions. With all mainly reef breaks and a few known breaks just south off the rocks, the right conditions offer real good conditions. However, Shelly Beach is very close along with Avoca Beach.
Inside, the house is so clean, roomy and comfortable with modern furniture, Foxtel, internet, curved tele and full usable kitchen and dishwasher.
A bbq outside on the top balcony offers amazing views while you have a grill up and plenty of outdoor seating on both patios. The main family room has a wraparound balcony with stunning views of the water.
Quiet area with a coffee shop in walking distance to a walking trail which will take you to Crack Neck Head. So relaxing and I assure you anyone staying here will leave relaxed and missing it.
I was in direct contact with the owner who was such a pleasant lady. So accommodating and very flexible with times.
I strongly recommend this to anyone who has a group of people looking to have a relaxing get away and who wants to absorb an amazing vibe this house has to offer. Everyone you bring will be impressed. There are plenty of activities in the area such as stand-up paddle boarding, boat hiring (just down south in Killcare), golf (at Shelly Beach just north), go-karting and of course surfing to name a few.
Best holiday house I have stayed at hands down and hope to visit again!
