BRILLIANT!
We were fortunate to have been served (and very well indeed) by Paul when we went looking for a motorhome to replace our 5th Wheeler. Paul is a very personable young man without being the 'typical' pushy salesman. And he needed to be! When Aaron came to assess our trade-in, it chose that time to have a hissy fit. Then, what with waiting for the appropriate parts to arrive from suplier, then wrong order having been placed, then more delays awaiting more parts from America - well, these gentlemen were more than understanding. Finally, delivery day arrived and our new motorhome was presented 'as new' - shiny bright, clean, tidy and with nothing left undone. As an added bonus, after a thorough 'walk through' to ensure we were up to speed on all the bells and whistles, we were presented with a lovely gift basket as well as some 'necessaries' to get us on the road. Paul and Arron have been a pleasure to deal with, from our first contact to delivery of our new(used) motorhome. Even though we were interstate nothing was a problem even ensuring the motorhome had temporary rego to get us home.

Before the sale any request for info was handled very well with prompt photos and as much info as possible, nothing was too much trouble.

The recent purchase of our VW Campervan from Beaches RVs was a most unusual event in our used vehicle buying experience – it was actually a pleasure! We knew what we were after in terms of vehicle and facilities, but were having difficulty finding one locally in good condition and at the right price. Within a matter of hours of making contact with Aaron, he notified us that he had found a vehicle we may want. We flew from Melbourne to Newcastle to look it over, with Aaron picking us up from the airport and looking after us during our inspection of the vehicle. There was no pushy hard sell at Beaches RVs – rather, Aaron went out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking, and answered all our questions openly and honestly. We decided to purchase the vehicle, returning a week later to pick it up, at which time we were given a comprehensive demonstration of the camper’s facilities by Aaron, and a follow up of a query we had the following day. Throughout the recent purchase of our "Escape" camper van, Paul at Beaches RVs, was efficient, trustworthy and knowledgeable.
