I've been taking my bike to Beaconsfield for years now and will continue to - even though I now live 25km away in Queenscliff!

They're quick, they're great value and most importantly (especially as a female) I can trust them not to rip me off.

I bought a set of track days tyres for my $22,000 brand new repsol fireblade from beaconsfield motorcycles and had them fitted .When picking up the fireblade i notice the rims were very dirty from oil,grease and fingerprints,i thought nothing of it but at home whilst cleaning the rims from the oil and grease i was mortified to find SCRATCHES and PAINTCHIPS on my bright orange front and rear rims.May be the mechanic didn't do it on purpose but the mechanic should have told me they don't know how to change tyres.Anyhow the scratches were DEEP AND LONG and my rims are "RUINED"..Never ever once in my life i thought this sort of thing could happen...HOW COULD THIS HAPPENED???..to FRONT AND BACK WHEELS.. .The tyres price was the same as everywhere else but the work was definitely amateurish,incompetent..My fireblade is capable of doing 300km/hr and I did tell the clown I'd be using it for track days and he DID NOT even balanced the wheels .WHY???..I paid full price, did not negotiate..why do this to me??.,what is wrong???? ..Those who are thinking about going to beaconsfield motorcycle have better have my report in their mind..I Have been to many bike shops and Beaconsfield motorcycle is the WORSE WORSE WORSE EVER motorbike shop..DO NOT BRING YOUR MOTORCYCLE HERE....

Came in with out of alignment front end on a bike i picked up cheaply. They thoroughly checked everything,forks included, and put everything back the right way while I waited. Fast, and reasonable. Also, love the workshop.

HORRIBLE SERVICE and experience. Been here a couple times to purchase several items, brought in my bike for a simple check on why my tail light was not working, and when i came to pick up my bike, none of the lights were working, and the bike would not start. One employee, Asian decent was extremely aggressive and rude when I made remarks about my bike which was not working. He started blaming me and the bike for the issues but form my understanding it was left with him and i find it odd that the whole bike comes back to me not working at all. The mechanic made remarks such as shouting at me to "Get Out" and did not provide me the managers name or any information. Picked it up the next day to come to another$100 service charge after being shouted at, and after having my bike break down in their hands, on top of the initial payment of $50 to check why my tail light was not working. Definitely never going back there, and don't recommend anyone going either.
