Having a healthy self-confidence and a strong self- belief has enabled Naomi to achieve the following
– become a C. I. D. E. S. C. O qualified Aesthetician in 1991. (C. I. D. E. S. C. O is internationally recognised for the highest standards in Aesthetic training).
– Start her first business in 1995 in Vaucluse NSW. She came from Western Australia and was only 21 years of age. She did not have any clients and did not know anyone besides her husband and only had $5000 to start the business with.
– Co-found a bigger and better business “Human Nurture Wellness Centre” in 2001.
– Win the Best Salon Award in 2008 for Wentworth Courier Business Awards for the Eastern suburbs.
– Win salon of the year for the best national sales for Gernétic Skin Care. This award came with a return trip to Paris for two.
– Win Best Service award 2013 from WOMO (an online recommendation site)
– Be runner up in best Salon Award for Wentworth Courier Business Awards 2014
– Become an Ambassador and face for Gernetic Australia.
– Became a business training coach for Gernetic Australia.
– Become an Ambassador for Lululemon the athletic clothing company.
– Train and mentor 15 of her own Beauty Therapists.
– Conduct training for salon owners and other Beauty Therapist in her “5 Step, Mindful Sales System” as well as customer service to enable them to achieve outstanding sales and career success themselves.
