Tomoko and Hailey are great beauticians. Tomoko did my manicure and I was super happy with how attention to detail she was with my nails. I saw Hailey at a different appointment for a hair removal session and it was painless and fast. Super happy with their service and professionalism :) I can't recommend them highly enough!

This place is so amazing!!! I have been coming here around 9 years now for all of my waxing needs regardless of where I live in Sydney because they're the best! The Beauty Therapists are always so professional and friendly. I cannot fault the 1st class service I have always been given. Recently I could not get an appointment at my usual place for eyes - so I booked in at Beauty Express - wow what can I say - I will never go anywhere other than Beauty Express ever again. Every single lash was tinted beautifully and my brows have never looked so good - I'm still receiving compliments!! Thank you girls - you truly deserve more than 5 stars for all of your great work!

Hands down the best brazilian wax I've ever had in Sydney. Friendly service, hygienic (no double dipping into wax), extremely gentle and very thorough. I highly recommend Koko!

I have been searching for a decent salon in Sydney and travelled 40mins to go to Beauty Express thinking from the reviews that it might the one. BIG MISTAKE; it was a pain to book an appointment, they had the wrong treatment listed, I was kept waiting 20mins and then they only had time to complete a quick eyebrow tidy up. A complete rip off at $29-

Yuiko and all her team especially Koko and Ai are expert at their jobs. Their customer service is superb. In the highly competitive environment of Potts Point I can recommend them as the place to go.

Coco is the best. I would have never left her if I hadn't had to move to Melbourne. It will take ages to find someone similar to her in Melbourne - so gentle, so caring, so genuine! Besides the fact that she is amazing at what she is doing (I did lash extensions and waxing every 3-4 weeks for 1 year, and I am VERY sensitive and picky), I always left the salon full of energy. I will miss you Coco.
