Specifically asked for the therapist to just tidy my eyebrows (I went for threading) and to keep them thick, I said this twice. She absolutely butchered them and made them really thin, there is barely anything left of them... then I had to pay $25 which is a lot more than my usual salon. I definitely won’t come back.

Beauty First is one of the best salon’s in the eastern suburbs, the beauticians on staff are extremely professional and they offer so many treatment options at really good prices. It’s my go to Salon for everything relating to beauty!

Disgraceful service, paid for eyelash extensions they fell out two days later. I called to get them fixed an they said to drop in anytime. I called in to be met by a rude lady who refused to fix my patchy eyelashes as I didn't have an appointment. I am now going on holiday with awful eyelashes. These people do not know what customer service is. Avoid this salon if you want good value for money an to look acceptable!!!
