It’s an amazing place for eyebrow waxing ever and ever. The staff is very helful and she is happy to help me whatever I want. Very carefully and friendly to me. This is my first time here but I will come back for many next time in the future when I want do waxing for my eyebrow. Even the skin treatment look very nice too. Should try.

This place was unfortunately a thumbs down for me. I got my first brazillian wax here, but the hairs started growing back the day after. The technician was very insistent that I buy a product afterwards, which she said was necessary. Personally, the product did nothing for me, and it was overpriced. The same brand/same product can be found online for less than half the price they charged.

Terrible service, terrible results, definitely not a good place if you are looking for a good manicure or pedicure. The only good point that deserves this 1 star is the hygiene of this place.

The Team at Beauty Grace are amazing. Emmy and her girls colour matched me and took their time explaining all their products. They were so helpful and I cannot recommend their services enough! 5/5!!

Manager has very ignorant words and attitude, it's can not be any excuse and even have a experience but non professional personality. Moreover when she change booking schedules, she was very rude and even didn't say any apologizes at all.
Only focused on take of more profit from clients, and a manager who's in delusion such as treats clients according to the profit is the professional, working in this clinic. Other clinics offer free treatment for long term clients, but this manager offer more treatments and trying to squeeze more money.
I hope she remind the "we promise" on website of clinic, and meet the clients.

I'm taking about the impolite attitude of the manager's who called me to change the appointment, not about worthless of mention to "booking reminder SMS system".
And of course you got lots of good comments from clients, on the other hand lots of customers comments about the rudeness of the manager and over charges, and quit to book your clinic, too. Be aware of this fact.
I swear that my comments are based on the true fact of my experience from your clinic, don't feel it's not fair or unwarranted.
Please aware that manager don't have any right to hurt customer's feeling, hope to see later with better attitude.

Great service! Came in to buy Jane Iredale mineral powder. I was immediately helped Amy who took the time to show me several different foundation shades and she tried them out on my skin. Very friendly and efficient service!! If I decide to buy more Jane iredale i will most definitely come back here. Thank you!

The waxing services are the best in Syd I have received several waxes, and taken full advantage of the spa services. The staff is friendly, and very professional. The pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. I have purchased gift cards for friends and family, and they've had great experiences as well. The hot stone massage is also highly recommended!

Went a month ago. The service and staff are friendly, but they definitely overcharge for the aftercare wipes for piercing. They claim its different and better than those sold at chemists, but its basically the same medical swabs... Just cost $20 more and you don't get that much. At chemists, you can get 200 wipes for a fraction of the price there. When you go there for piercing.. skip the aftercare wipes.

I don't understand why some of these reviews are so harsh, for I had a lovely time. Just got my first ever ear piercing here at Beauty Grace, was a great experience. Despite arriving minutes before their closing time, the ladies working there were extremely warmhearted and polite. When having my ear pierced, my therapist was patient and even measured my ears with a rulr to make sure the dots were even. It was very hygienic, and the place was clean. Won't refrain from telling my friends about this place.

I love Beauty Grace. I visited the Market Street Branch for over 5 years for my waxing - they are friendly, professional and do a great job. They have excellent products available, and always fit my appointments in at the last minute. I would keep using them but I've moved overseas. Highly recommend.
