Happy 40th birthday with this Mint Explosion cake. Lots of searching around for everything green and minty for this design. Peppermint Crisp Ganache between. All four layers of buttercream topped with Mint Slice biscuits, Aero chocolate, meringues, choc mint balls, Green Macarons, green mint sticks, Peppermint Crisp crumble, chocolate shards and bark and finished with green sprinkles. The Sweet expo was amazing. So much inspiration for new cookie and cake ideas and techniques. I bought lots of cookie cutters, rose gold, gold blush for dusting. Embossing rollers and cookie stamps, dusting brushes, royal icing tools, baking tins as well as mermaid and unicorn shimmer glitter. Can’t wait to try new yummy things for you all Xx Bec

Happy 8th birthday to Bailey with this gorgeous Cowboy themed cake with barbed wire on a sunset backdrop and barbed wire with fence posts. Top tier is denim jeans with handmade detail of a cowboy hat, boots, feathers and rope. I hope everyone had a wonderful celebration.
