The rudest and most condescending male staff member I have ever met. You need to learn how to treat women. Not to mention his rude female side kick. Customer service skills minus 10. Stay away !! You have been warned.

Excellent service both at shop level and over the phone. Their range of products and knowledge of stuff is exceptional. We really liked their contribution to making our experience a good one. Thank you.

Rude male staff member, over priced products.

I purchased a single bed, a trundle and a side table. The slats on the bed fall through and one of the handles on the side table won't attach.
I have been back to the store 3 times now to work out getting this resolved. I've been promised phone calls. What a joke! No phone call received! I've been told someone would come out. No such thing has happened. My son has been sleeping on his mattress on the floor for over 3 months now.
I will never ever go back to buy anything from this store. I am a mum raising 3 kids on my own working part time. It takes me a long time to save this kind of money.
