We're not scientists. We're not academics. We're a creative agency hell bent on showing how behavioural sciences makes marketing better.

Isn't all marketing about changing behaviour? It should be, but it isn't. Much of it sets out to change awareness, attitudes or intentions, which can be the road to behaviour change, but not always. None of us is the rational-decision maker we like to believe we are. Most of the choices we make every day are guided by hidden forces below conscious awareness. Understand these and you can use them to make marketing more effective.

What about the great campaigns created without 'science'? The best marketing people have always been instinctive behavioural scientists (without knowing it). But think how much better you could be if you knew why ideas just feel right or, better still, if you built your creative idea on credible, proven behavioural principles.

Science knows a lot more about human behaviour than marketing ever uses.
