Amazing atmosphere, delicious food and coffee. Beautiful interior and the little garden area out back near the bathrooms is just as gorgeous.

We can’t wait until our next trip back to Sydney so we can visit this little gem again.

Great deal on Wednesday night: pasta and wine $20! the food is delicious and not a lot of wait.

Great little nook in the heat of central Manly. Love this place. Casual and intimate. Varied food with regular changes to keep it fresh. Overall a great little place to hang out.

Fast and friendly service with good coffee. Don't be deceived by the underwhelming look of the food, the pesto penne was absolutely delicious but the pirate's breakfast was just alright. The back alley seating area gives off a relaxing atmosphere which was really nice to enjoy a meal or coffee.

We popped in late morning on a weekend. It looks tiny from the outside but there's plenty of space with a large area out the back and a lovely courtyard too. The menu is really varied and has something for everyone. The Pirate's Breakfast is a welcome change from the regular big brekkie and Drew's Mushrooms were absolutely outstanding. Quality food, great vibes and awesome service. Can't wait to go back!

Great service! Fantastic to be able to sit down & get brought cocktails & food without having to break conversation, go line up. Really attentive wait staff.
The 2 cocktails I tried were perfect, with interesting & complimentary flavours.
Food was great, loved all the 3 tapas plates I tried
We sat out the back in a little room that was more private, other nights I've sat in the front which is more dynamic

A fantastic place. Great coffee, quite strong. Had the pirates breakfast and was impressed. I wasn't feeling all too well when I visited, so that put a dampener on it, but that's me not them. The service and setting are outstanding. What a cozy place!

Will definitely be coming back.

Really good ambience, huge servings, really friendly service, coffees were pretty average. the eggs could be a little more flavourful! Banana bread was a little charred but still pretty good. Would hit the place again.

The Belgrave has a nice setting, there is however no WiFi, as it operates as a coffee shop during the day I would immediately drop a star for this reason. The service was reasonable, and the food fairly good, but a little over priced in comparison to some of the alternatives in Manly. I didn't get to try the coffee however. Upon paying the waitress passed me the card machine with the bill and the option to give a tip via the card. I selected "no" as I was going to tip with the coins in my bag. As the waitress saw me click "no" she seemed to quickly change mood from polite to snappy and she brashly and fairly rudely rushed off from the payment area. She then didn't get the tip.
