Hi, we are David and Lisa Morrison and this is Believe, Inspire Live - short 4 BIL. We provide everyday people the opportunity to improve the quality of their health and their lifestyle all by using a really simple system - that works.

Believe Inspire Live Description

Today's date is 2nd July 2015. This is the line in the sand day for us, the day where we decided to live our life on our terms.

Lisa and I have had some really incredible experiences over the past 2 years; we have improved our health and the health of 1000s of other people, we have helped people create time and wealth freedom and we have both embarked on some pretty cool personal development - which is something we both thought we would never, ever, ever do! So, with all that we have learnt, one constant has been you need to get into Massive Action to create meaningful change in your life. So what does this mean? Its about dreaming big, its about loving with no limits, it about not being afraid to have all the success you want in life , being compassionate, but ultimately what it brings is incredible personal growth and living your life in total contribution to others and the world.

Over the course of the next 12 months Lisa and I will share with you all what our goals are, why we are doing what we are doing, what we learn and bring you along for the ride. Its going to fun, full of "breakthroughs" and lots of new experiences. We cant wait! ! ! !

Just training 4 days a week now and fasting / cleaning at 1 day a week and every 2week I do a two day cleanse.
... What’s good about the cleansing? Essentially I’m giving my digestion a rest and also getting out some impurities.

This 16wks is all about just 4 x 30mins sessions per week.
... I want to maintain fitness levels with min amount of exercise. Reason for this is we have our 3rd daughter arriving in 4 weeks so need to cut down on training however I want to use this as an experiment to see if I can maintain fitness levels - and also inspire a few people that it only takes a little consistent effort to make a change.
I’ve got a fitness test all worked out to baseline progress.
What I’ve found helpful is not rocket science - just plan out the time, get a support team and get started.

Sunday’s the time to get set for your week ahead, especially if this is the week you said yes.
Yes to loosing the excuses... Yes to loosing the blame Yes to saying it’s to hard Yes to the possibility of change
So here are some tips.
1st thing is from a risk management point of view clear your house of all those comfort foods - you know the ones you love soon as you get home after a long day or at 10pm at night.
2nd start of with eating well this week - drop all the roasts and coffee for breakfast and take away this week and prepare your meals
3rd committee to some exercise - even a walk will do.
4th - this is the biggy, what emotional state are you absolutely committed to living from this week. No more guilt, fear, anger or embarrassment. It’s all about appreciation, gratitude and joy.
