About Bell Rural Fire Brigade

Bell Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade

Bell Rural Fire Brigade Description

Bell Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade is a unit of the NSW Rural Fire Service looking after the north western corner of the Blue Mountains National Park. We respond to such incidents as bush fires, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) and search and rescue.
Whilst the township of Bell is a tiny community the Brigade's geographical
responsibility extends from Mt Victoria in the south to Clarence in the west and Mt Wilson in the east.
Due to a Bell only having a small number of residents, brigade volunteers are drawn from neighbouring towns such as Lithgow and Blackheath.
