Very discreet and caring Doctors. Highly recommend!

These guys have been our family doctor since we moved here and I was expecting my daughter. Have had a very sick child and have had many health complications as well myself. I am so glad these guys have been treating us as time and time again they have proven without doubt to be the best and I sincerely am grateful everyday for all they have done and continue to do for us. Their expertise, professionalism and willingness to go that extra mile for their patients is a rare thing indeed these days so thanks Dr Zafar, Dr Siddiqui and Dr Qamar. Keep up the great work.

After a long time found doctors who would actually listen and thoroughly check rather than being disregardful and careless. Was very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice to others.

Good Customer Service at the reception. Helpful staff, I made an appointment and arrived a bit late but got accommodated well within time. Had counselling regarding weight management and had a laser acupuncture done which actually worked well for me. Ten out of ten experience !

Very rude reception staff. Kept on lying to me and making up excuses .
I had an appointment . Arriived at my appointnent time in extreme pain . I explained to them that i could not sit, or stand around as my back is just getting worse if i dont either lay down or keep moving .
They did not care, and just giggled at me.
Said the doctor 'wont be long' 'your next' , then left me waiting for over an hour after that .
Terrible lacking of customer service.
Disgustingly rudr reception staff.
