If you need a room to yourself or nothing else available it will cost u 100$ outside bathroom which is more than likely busy, lots door banging action as its an old house my room had no smoke detector just the wires hanging out of the roof. The keypad at the gates a beuty the numbers are so small you need to carry a magnifying glass with you if youve had a couple of beers you may need to look at other options
