Went to the Shellharbour store this morning they where late opening with no apology a lovely lady asked me what I was after I said I have 4 rings needing resizing she have me a price one of the rings was my Nan's so holds sentimental value. I asked seeing I was getting 4 rings done could they possibly do them sightly cheaper she said Ill have to ask my maanger I said ok the stood there and asked if I already had a price I said yes and told her how much she stood saying (as they where sightly dearer) well if you want to take a chance with taking your nanas ring to a place that does mass production. I got upset asked for my rings back she stood saying all I said was strarted to repeat herself I reached across took my nans and my wedding set back and told her how rude she was. What sort of sales person needs to say something like that to a customer

Very disappointed!! will be shopping at a different jewellers next time. They were happy to sell my husband the Jewellery and said it wasn't a problem to exchange it, but when it come time to exchange they made things up and changed what they originally said in the first place. so NO exchange...
