Bendigo Bank

Lovely bank nice welcoming staff no hidden fees like major big banks always giving you a heart warming word when they feel something is wrong with the customers and very helpful all times and the best is if you call the Bendigo bank you can call the branch and you are more at home as you know the person who you speak too.
Definitely recommend it to everyone :)

Really poor service... I needed a bank cheque and 11am on a Thursday morning there was a sign on the door saying it was closed and telling customers to go to the Darling Harbor branch ... I looked in to see staff working, I banged on the door and they opened it and laughed at the sign... the manager did not care. Poor service for a paying customer

Just opened an account with Pyrmont a couple weeks ago, Business acc and Personal. What a delight to be able to talk to real people who want to help you.

Its good but i wished on Saturdays it'll close at 5pm just like Monday to Friday that closes at 5pm and i got my wish

I Cannot rate these guys high enough! Bendigo Bank is nothing like the big banks. They have amazing old fashioned service, they treat you first and foremost as a person, not as a number. Belinda from the Clovelly Branch is incredible and so far has helped my husband and I get our loans for our first home and our new car. I did the loans through my home Bendigo bank in the country but Live in Sydney and needed to sign in person. Belinda didn't hesitate to do everything she could to help even though my loan was with another branch 7 hours away. When I couldn't leave work to sign my car loan due to busy schedule she came to me! No other Bank would do this, and the number of people I have raved about their service to agree. If you are looking to switch banks, look no further than Bendigo Bank! All the branches I have dealt with have been superb!!
