Great coffee and customer service...variety of books for kids too..

Nice atmosphere, coffee is alright, but you are guaranteed to wait pretty long for whatever you order no matter how busy or empty the place is

An excellent book shop that has a wide variety of books. It is great they have the used books, where you can find some really rare and out of print books. The coffee is great and the staff are always friendly.

Fun coffee shop with a nice take on the "outside" tables that are actually inbetween bookshelves inside the mall.

The coffee is fine, but not a standout. What you really come here for is the setting. Either inside among the books or outside on the enclosed bridge with books and great views of the plaza below.

Who could go past a cafe/book shop combo. Great coffee, and a great selection of cheap second hand books and new books!

Giving it one star because I need to, horrible experience this morning. Took close to half an hour to make a long black and tea when you're not that busy. Asked after our order and it still took another 10 minutes. Even when they brought it the server spilled both the tea and the coffee, didn't apologize or clean up the mess she'd made. Won't be returning.
