Robbie Berriman - BioI'm an experienced Scrum Master | Iteration Manager | Agile Project Manager | Digital Project Manager | Business Analyst | Senior Producer, who enjoys building, and continuously improving, high performing teams (results-driven, cross functional, diverse, self-organising) - either co-located or distributed - to deliver valuable and quality outcomes for customers using a consistent and sustainable cadence across both complex projects and BAU work. With over 30 years in the industry, I have spent the last 5 years in various roles delivering customer value utilising a variety of Agile and Lean frameworks, methodologies and practices - including Scrum, Kanban and XP. In particular, I am always striving to continuously improve the way teams adopt the Agile and Lean mindset in a sustainable manner at all levels - working with development teams, product owners and also with stakeholders and customers. My strength involves utilising my breadth and depth of experience in a pragmatic way to transform both Agile teams and the organisation to achieve goals to delight our customers. I get satisfaction from seeing others do well and grow both professionally and personally at work, and I play both a key and subtle (servant style of leadership) role in achieving our Discovery and Delivery goals and in turn, achieving our Product /Service objectives and key results (OKRs). I have attained both foundation (CSM) and advanced (A-CSM) certifications through Scrum Alliance and I keep abreast of the fast-paced changes that are happening (my continuous improvement) by, and not limited to: training, certifications, reading, memberships, subscriptions, webinars, YouTube, meetups and as a practitioner (experience).
