IF YOU WANT TO BUY A LEMON THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO. Stupidly purchased a vehicle from this dodgy place, took it to 3 different mechanics all telling me lists of problems with the car and asking me how I am still driving it as the car isn't safe to be on the road. Called them back questioning them & got a very unprofessional and rude response. Ended up taking the car back for them to have a look at & having them act like the car had no problems at all and that I was delusional. They childly ended up ignoring my calls completely. WOULD HIGHLY AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

A measure of a businesses professionalism and good standards is evident not only at the time of purchase but also in the customer service after a sale especially in the event of a problem arising. Sadly this company falls way short of good professional standards . I found my after sales customer service here ( when I had a minor issue about the used car we purchased ) to be rude, uniformed , unhelpful and highly unprofessional. In summary, when buying from them they are seemingly friendly and helpful , once you've purchased and taken the car away and have an issue then DON'T expect anything from them except an uncaring uninterested attitude. In summary, the car we bought has the usual minor issues ; it needed new tyres, an oil change, new brake pads , no remote key and no keys for the roof racks, it also had some exterior paint scratches which weren't there when I test drove it I noticed them on collection , it was totally empty on gas on the day we purchased and had a few wheel-nut caps missing and the console lid was damaged etc etc all these issues we dealt with even though many we noticed after purchase and we paid to have them remedied as it's a "used car" , I understand that. They offer a 3 month warranty , and just a one month out of this warranty I noticed the 6 disc cd stacker didn't work, I spoke with NSW Fair Trading ( as I sensed from reading other negative reviews about this dealership that I should be concerned ) and Trading Standards advised generally on my rights as a consumer under Australian law. The manager "Valerie" at Best Buy Auto at first told me those protections and rights as mentioned by Trading standards only applied to "white goods" , in a further discussion she told me in a rude and unprofessional manner in my opinion , that there's nothing they can do and I don't have those rights in my case . She also said customers lie to them ( I only noticed the cd not working only after the dealer warranty expired ) she implied it would have been working and implying I too perhaps maybe lieing about CD player not working ! How ridiculous can they get ! There are no words really to show how unprofessional and cynical and just plain rude she was on the phone. Seriously after all the other faults as listed above that we paid several hundred dollars to have fixed ourselves this Manager thinks I would lie about the CD player not working ! Don't waste your time here and my advice is should you consider purchasing from them then do your own independant checks on the car and double check everything is working , even minor things like the CD player ( I don't listen to CDs but if I did I would have noticed this sooner ). Needless to say I won't buy any future cars here and won't recommend to my family / friends or you the reader to do so either .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE GUYS!! I brought a car from them and had problems with it the second week of driving it. I took it back and asked them to fix it as it was under warranty that they said "Covers Everything on the car". They tell me they checked the car and there was nothing they could find wrong with it!....a week later same thing happens with one of the hoses blown off and I take it back again for the second time! They tell me the same BullS@$! Again that they couldn't find anything wrong with it! And this time they were really rude about it. 4th week of having brought the car and I have the same problem and decide to take it to my local mechanic and he tells me exactly what was wrong with the car. I decide not to fix it yet but to take it back to the dealership "BEST BUY CAMPBELLTOWN" to see if they would lie to me a third f$&@!n time and what do you know! They can't find a thing wrong with it!

We have gotten both cars from campbelltown best buys, have always gotten honest feedback and told which cars to stay away from and which ones had far too many mechanical faults.
They have been great both times
