Best Buy Car Rentals

Pretty disgusted considering I had a free car wash and I wasn't entitled to it due to the business being sold... not only having false advertising they wanted to charge me $35 for a little car .., never ever going here again, and not only that my car was not washed properly. Good luck on your new business boys you will never see money from me ever again.

Rental prices for cars here are reasonable and the customer service especially by Kim is professional and polite. Also currently up to 7 days of rental is discounted off should you buy a car from Best Buy auto too ( I was led to believe it was all the rental period but it's only 7 days , also it took a while for the 7 day rental to be refunded when we did buy a used car and several phone calls to check on the refund ). A WARNING though as having purchased a used car from them and having it for over 3 months now I found the after sales customer service NON existent and rude ( the Campbelltown branch ) I wouldn't recommend buying a used car from them unless you've independently had your own checks made on the used car you are considering.

Very reasonable prices. Special mention to Kim and Ali, who are extremely professional and courteous. I have been renting from them for the past 4 months, never have I faced a problem. All vehicles are regularly serviced and well maintained. I would definitely recommend best buy rental.
